These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Private Chat ("the service"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

To use the service, you must be old enough to use it legally and responsibly. If you are under the minimum legal age in your country, you may not use the service.

By using the service, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.

The service uses temporary guest sessions rather than permanent accounts. This means you do not need to sign up to chat.

Because sessions are temporary, your conversation is not intended to be permanently stored as chat history. We do not guarantee that any messages or data will be saved, and you should not rely on them being available later.

We may end or reset a session as needed for the service to operate.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that is respectful of other people. You must not use the service to:

• Harass, threaten, bully or intimidate other users
• Engage in any illegal activity
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or repetitive junk content
• Impersonate another person, organisation or the service itself
• Attempt to bypass the URL/link blocking, security controls or safety design of the application
• Use automated tools, scripts or bots to abuse the service, unless we have explicitly permitted it

You are responsible for what you say in conversations and for the information you choose to share. Please do not share sensitive personal information with other users.

The person you are chatting with is another user, not the service. We cannot control or monitor everything they say, and we are not responsible for their behaviour.

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee that it will be available at all times or without interruption.

The service depends on the real-time presence of other users. We do not guarantee that any particular person will be online or remain online while you chat.

We may pause, suspend or modify the service for maintenance, technical reasons or other operational needs.

Sessions and conversations are temporary in nature. A conversation may end when either participant leaves, disconnects or the session is closed.

You should not expect conversations to be stored or recoverable, and we are not obliged to preserve or provide any chat content later.

We reserve the right to moderate the service and to take action where necessary to enforce these Terms and keep the service safe.

If we believe someone is violating these Terms or the law, we may warn, suspend or terminate sessions or access as reasonably required. We are not obliged to give advance notice.

The service, its design, branding and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, logos or content beyond using the service as intended.

The service may display advertisements provided by third parties, such as Google AdSense or other approved advertising services. These advertisers may use their own technologies and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party advertisements.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations about the service, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service or your conversations with other users.

Because conversations happen between users, we are not responsible for the behaviour, content or statements of other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
